Following his retirement from the Air Force, Alec set out to make a lasting impact in the cybersecurity industry and the broader community. He founded Alliance Cyber, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), dedicated to safeguarding government and commercial organizations against evolving cyber threats. Under Alec’s leadership, Alliance Cyber has earned significant accolades, including:

As Chairman of the Military Affairs Council and a Board Member of the Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses, Alec advocates tirelessly for veterans transitioning into civilian careers. He also leads community initiatives as Treasurer of the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce and as a Board Member for the Brevard Schools Foundation.
Through his nonprofit, the Alliance Cyber Gives Foundation, Alec supports workforce development for transitioning service members, funds STEM grants for classrooms, and provides cybersecurity training and pro bono services to vulnerable nonprofits like the Brevard Homeless Coalition. His work ensures that community organizations can operate securely while focusing on their vital missions.
